Robert is a Deputy CIO for the investment office of Texas Tech University System. The investment office manages approx. $1 billion USD in endowment assets on behalf of the TTU System. Robert joined the award-winning investment team in October of 2017, after serving as Director of Investments at the Employees Retirement System of Texas.
