David managed all aspects of the acquisition and asset management processes, including sourcing new deals, leading the underwriting and due diligence, managing development teams, and formulating asset-specific business plans. Christian is Managing Partner at Investar Financial since 2005. Christian leads Investar's US Real Estate portfolio and lower middle market private equity investments. Christian is a member of the Investment Committee and Board member of most of Investar's portfolio companies. During his tenure, Investar Financial has invested in different real estate asset classes such as multifamily, industrial, commercial, and retail, among others, and in several direct and fund investments in sectors such as food and beverage, energy, logistics, transportation, consumer, retail, and telecommunications. Christian has experience in investment banking, management consulting, public policy and venture capital. Prior to joining Investar, Christian was Director for the Mexican Department of Energy. Prior to joining Virgin, Allie worked on acquisitions, dispositions and asset management at Sunstone Hotel Investors where she was instrumental in the acquisition and disposition of over $1 billion of hotel transactions. Allie was previously a partner at HMR Analytics, a hospitality asset management firm based in California, and a consultant with PKF Consulting, one of the top advisory services firms in the hospitality industry. Prior to his position as the CEO of Jamestown Latin America, Mr. Fitzgerald was a partner with Paladin Realty Partners, where he served as managing director of emerging markets. In that role, Mr. Fitzgerald successfully led and managed investments centered on an extensive portfolio of more than 120 real estate assets located in seven Latin American countries. Prior to joining Paladin, Mr. Fitzgerald was a founding partner of boutique investment banking firm Griffin Partners, an associate in the real estate finance group of Jefferies & Company, Inc., and an analyst in the real estate finance group at Salomon Brothers. Mr. Fitzgerald also served in the United States Navy between 1982 and 1990, prior to graduating summa cum laude from Southern Methodist University, where he was valedictorian of his class.

Prior to Cobra, Mr. Bernal was the Chief Financial Officer of Terrafina, a leading Mexican industrial real estate trust (FIBRA). Prior to Terrafina, Mr. Bernal held various roles at LaSalle Investment Management, GE Real Estate and McKinsey & Company. Elie Rieder is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Castle Lanterra Properties.
