Mr. Myers has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry as a developer and builder of residential and commercial properties in the US and Mexico. As the owner of his own development company, Mr. Myers built and sold more than 4,000 residential lots and 1,000 residential units in California and Nevada, with a total sales value in excess of $500 million. In association with ICM’s Mexican development partners, Mr. Myers has directed our initial investments in Mexico, overseeing the legal, tax, entitlement, design, and construction aspects of those investments on behalf of ICM. Mr. Myers received a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from the University of California at Los Angeles and is a licensed general contractor in the State of California. Mr. Myers is fluent in English and Spanish and has been traveling to Mexico for business and pleasure since 1967.
