Mr. Steve Apostolopoulos is the founder of Six Ventures Inc., a private equity venture fund. Mr. Gonzalez founded the Gonzalez Family Office and is the CEO and Founder of Engineered Tax Services, Inc. (ETS). ETS is the country’s largest specialty tax engineering firm which specializes in the preservation of wealth and United States’ job creation through IRS engineering-based services to include research and development manufacturing tax credits, energy tax incentives studies, cost segregation deprecation studies for buildings, and disposition studies. Mr. Gonzalez started ETS in 2001 to bring specialized engineering tax studies to mainstream America, which have historically only been available to the Fortune 500 companies through the Big 4 National Accounting Firms. ETS has 16 offices nationally – one being in Texas - and is headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida. In addition to ETS, Mr. Gonzalez started several other family operational companies including his family office, Gonzalez Family Office (GFO), Calle Gato Ocho (CGO), Engineered Venture Services (EVS) and Engineered Family Office (EFO). Gonzalez Family Office manages the Gonzalez family capital by investing primarily in real estate, private equity and venture capital. Christian is Managing Director of Pactia, a Colombian real estate private equity fund today with $1 billion of assets under management in Colombia, Panama and USA. In this role, Christian works with the managing principals on all aspects of new investments, refinancing, asset dispositions and strategy. Prior to joining Pactia, Christian was financial coordinator of Ospinas, a Colombian real estate company investing in retail and hotels. Christian received a bachelor degree in civil engineering and also holds a master’s degree in finance, and a specialization in economics from Universidad de los Andes.


Stephan De Sabrit

Managing Partner, Leste Capital Management (Miami)

As Head of US Real Estate and Structured Credit at Leste. Mr. de Sabrit initiated his career at Banco Paulista working in sales and trading. He then joined Unibanco´s proprietary trading desk, trading Brazilian Sovereign and Corporate credit bonds. In the year 2000, Mr. de Sabrit was one of the founding partners of Bulltick Capital Markets as head of the Brazil operations, and played an important role in building a USD 980MM asset backed securities fund. In 2007 he became the managing director of Planner Investment Banking in São Paulo, Brazil, where he coordinated the issuances of over R$ 2 Billion of local debt. In 2009 Mr. de Sabrit joined Polo Capital, a Brazilian based Asset Manager, where he became the partner responsible for the asset backed securities funds, managing a portfolio of R$ 1.3 billion. Mr. de Sabrit holds a BBA from FAAP.


Benjamin Vargas

In 2017 he founded Boston Investment Management. Benjamin was born in Mexico City where he lived up until the year 2000. He emigrated to Boston where he studied both his Bachelors and Masters degrees. Benjamin graduated with both a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Northeastern University. He later graduated from Brandeis University’s International Business School with a Masters in Business Administration. Benjamin works directly with UHNW families from countries such as Mexico, Venezuela and Argentina. Benjamin holds the Series 6, 7, and 66 licenses.


Raul Ramirez

Chief Financial Officer, Lloyd Jones Capital (Miami)

Raul Ramirez comes to Lloyd Jones Capital well prepared for his position as Chief Financial Officer. He holds an MBA in real estate from the Wharton School, a master’s degree in professional accounting and financial reporting from University of Texas at Austin, and an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Miami. He graduated with honors at every level. Raul began his career in the tax department of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He then applied his accounting/finance skills to real estate development, working first with Toll Brothers and then with WCI Communities. He later moved to New York with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney/Citigroup in its alternative investment group. Most recently, Raul served as vice president for an institutional real estate investment and ownership firm where he worked on projects exceeding $1 billion. As CFO for Lloyd Jones Capital, Raul is responsible for all financial reporting, underwriting oversight, and securing/closing all debt and equity. He sits on the company’s investment committee and is a member of the executive team.


Phillip T. Fitzgerald

Mr. Fitzgerald established 7 Bridges Capital Partners after his departure from Jamestown Latin America, which he founded in February 2013. Prior to his position as the CEO of Jamestown Latin America, Mr. Fitzgerald was a partner with Paladin Realty Partners, where he served as managing director of emerging markets. In that role, Mr. Fitzgerald successfully led and managed investments centered on an extensive portfolio of more than 120 real estate assets located in seven Latin American countries. Prior to joining Paladin, Mr. Fitzgerald was a founding partner of boutique investment banking firm Griffin Partners, an associate in the real estate finance group of Jefferies & Company, Inc., and an analyst in the real estate finance group at Salomon Brothers. Mr. Fitzgerald also served in the United States Navy between 1982 and 1990, prior to graduating summa cum laude from Southern Methodist University, where he was valedictorian of his class.
