He is also the Co-Founder and Chief Development Officer of Triple Properties, a privately-owned enterprise engaged in real estate investment, development, asset management and leasing. Mr. Steve Apostolopoulos is the founder of Six Ventures Inc., a private equity venture fund. Christian is Managing Director of Pactia, a Colombian real estate private equity fund today with $1 billion of assets under management in Colombia, Panama and USA. In this role, Christian works with the managing principals on all aspects of new investments, refinancing, asset dispositions and strategy. Prior to joining Pactia, Christian was financial coordinator of Ospinas, a Colombian real estate company investing in retail and hotels. Christian received a bachelor degree in civil engineering and also holds a master’s degree in finance, and a specialization in economics from Universidad de los Andes.

As Head of US Real Estate and Structured Credit at Leste. Mr. de Sabrit initiated his career at Banco Paulista working in sales and trading. He then joined Unibanco´s proprietary trading desk, trading Brazilian Sovereign and Corporate credit bonds. In the year 2000, Mr. de Sabrit was one of the founding partners of Bulltick Capital Markets as head of the Brazil operations, and played an important role in building a USD 980MM asset backed securities fund. In 2007 he became the managing director of Planner Investment Banking in São Paulo, Brazil, where he coordinated the issuances of over R$ 2 Billion of local debt. In 2009 Mr. de Sabrit joined Polo Capital, a Brazilian based Asset Manager, where he became the partner responsible for the asset backed securities funds, managing a portfolio of R$ 1.3 billion. Mr. de Sabrit holds a BBA from FAAP.

Raul Ramirez comes to Lloyd Jones Capital well prepared for his position as Chief Financial Officer. He holds an MBA in real estate from the Wharton School, a master’s degree in professional accounting and financial reporting from University of Texas at Austin, and an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Miami. He graduated with honors at every level. Raul began his career in the tax department of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He then applied his accounting/finance skills to real estate development, working first with Toll Brothers and then with WCI Communities. He later moved to New York with Morgan Stanley Smith Barney/Citigroup in its alternative investment group. Most recently, Raul served as vice president for an institutional real estate investment and ownership firm where he worked on projects exceeding $1 billion. As CFO for Lloyd Jones Capital, Raul is responsible for all financial reporting, underwriting oversight, and securing/closing all debt and equity. He sits on the company’s investment committee and is a member of the executive team.
